Arrive on Time: Arriving on time will allow you to enjoy every moment of the class without missing anything. Also, if it’s a group class, you’ll help your classmates stay focused. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, we won’t be able to let you join the session to ensure we provide you with the best experience possible.

Bring Your Non-Slip Socks: Wearing them will prevent slipping, allowing you to focus on each exercise without fear.

Respect the Space and Clean the Equipment: Please make sure to return the equipment in the same condition you found it and clean the equipment after use, so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable and tidy environment.

Cancel and Reschedule Your Classes in Advance: We ask that you cancel your classes at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be considered used. This way, someone else can take your place.

Class Rescheduling: Depending on availability, you can reschedule up to one class per month if it was canceled or modified at least 24 hours in advance.

Validity of 5-Class Private Pack: Remember, you have 60 days to attend your private classes from the moment of purchase. Don’t forget to book them. To help you stay consistent, we recommend booking your next visit at the end of each class.

Class credits are non-transferable: Purchased classes and packages are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be shared or assigned to another person.

Inform Us About Special Conditions: If you have any health conditions or injuries, please inform us before the class so we can adapt the exercises to your needs and ensure your well-being.

Hydration: Stay well-hydrated before and after class to support your performance and recovery.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: We know life can be unpredictable, but we would greatly appreciate it if you let us know at least 3 weeks in advance if you won’t be able to join us next month. This way, we can offer your spot to someone else who can take advantage of the vacancy.

Enjoy the Experience: Pilates practice is both physical and mental, so make the most of every moment to connect with your body and enjoy the process.
